Since 1992, we’ve been helping smaller brands get access to the quality manufacturing that’s usually reserved for only the big guys. Because we offer a unique supply chain solution, we can design, assemble and fully personalize our products as one process on a production line.

If you’re not familiar with our process or have never ordered from us before, we know you probably have some questions for our team before you get started. Our aim is always to make sure your product is original and made to perfection.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we get from people as they start the ordering process!

How do I order?

When it comes to placing an order there are several routes you can choose. We are a little different than most online retailers, but our difference is truly what makes us unique. You won’t find a shopping cart on our page or an “Order Now” button, instead, we want to talk to you personally. You can call us, send an email, send a fax, use the mail service system, or even send a carrier pigeon (expect rain, so laminate your inquiry prior).

How long do mockups take?

Typically, between two to three days. When it comes to creating your design, we’ll work with you. First, we get your goals and ideas. Next, we mock it up. Then, you get to see the design and approve it. If the mockup isn’t exactly what you are looking for let us know and we will revise it. We want to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied before we manufacture your product!

What are the lead times once artwork is approved?

Once you’ve approved your design, we’ll start the manufacturing of your order. This usually takes 30 days. Your product will then be sent out for shipping. Once in transit, your shipment can take up to five days to arrive at the designated location.

What are the setup/design fees?

Unlike most fully custom design operations, we do not charge for any setup or design fees. Every hat starts off as a brand-new idea and we want you to be as creative as you want, no charge.
